These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every purchase from www.da-ss.com (the “Website”). Please read them, together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Website is operated by DA-SS L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2418697.01). Registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. Phone: +971 50 398 1150. Email: info@da-ss.com.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. We currently sell and deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates only.

3. Products and product information

• We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Packaging, colours and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown, for example when a manufacturer updates its packaging.
• Our products are oral-care, cosmetic and food-supplement products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions are for general information and are not medical advice.
• Always read the label and the instructions for use before using a product. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or a known allergy, or are buying for a child, consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist first. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Products are offered while stocks last.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay; there are no additional delivery charges for UAE orders.
• We accept debit and credit cards (processed securely by Stripe), Link by Stripe, and Cash on Delivery. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Card payments appear on your statement as WWW.DA-SS.COM. All card payments are processed in AED.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch. You may then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders

• After you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet an acceptance of your order.
• Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the product is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
• You may cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us at info@da-ss.com or +971 50 398 1150. Once it has been dispatched, our Returns & Refund Policy applies.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free within the UAE and usually takes 2–5 working days. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, refunds and faulty products

You can return unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

8. Your account and reviews

• If you create an account, keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Reviews you post must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not be unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may moderate or remove reviews that breach these rules.

9. Intellectual property

The content of the Website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to DA-SS L.L.C-FZ or to our brand partners and is protected by law. Product names and brand logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse Website content without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by using a product contrary to its label or instructions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, government action, courier disruption or system outages. We will keep you informed. If a delay is significant, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

12. Sanctions

We do not trade with, or provide any products or services to, persons or countries that are subject to UAE, UN or OFAC sanctions.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve any concern quickly and fairly.
