Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates only, across all seven emirates. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery cost
Delivery within the UAE is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.
Delivery time
- Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after you place them. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UAE public holidays.
- Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sales periods or bad weather, or if an item is temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we will let you know.
- Our delivery team or courier partner may call or message you to arrange delivery. Please give a phone number you can be reached on.
Cash on Delivery
If you choose Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready in AED when your order arrives. If we cannot reach you after two delivery attempts, we may cancel the order.
Receiving your order
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please mention it to the driver. If a product is damaged, faulty or missing, tell us within 7 days. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
